How to cure fatigue in Ayurveda Home remedies



What Causes Fatigue?

According to Maharishi Ayurveda, fatigue is caused by overuse, misuse or no use of the mind, emotions or body. For instance, your job may be easy for you, but if you have to put in a lot of overtime, that can result in fatigue.
Misuse is doing something that is against your nature. If you are an honest person, and you find yourself in a situation where you feel pressured to lie or cheat, that misuse of your mental faculties could cause you to feel fatigued.
An example of physical misuse is knowing that a physical task is beyond your capability, but doing it anyway. Or perhaps your heart is very tender, and you are surrounded by people who are habitually angry — an example of emotional misuse.
Even lack of use can cause fatigue. "Use it or lose it" applies not only to the body, but to the brain and emotions as well.
The first step in correcting fatigue is to determine the cause. You can ask yourself if your fatigue is caused by physical, mental or emotional factors. And is it caused by overuse, misuse or lack of use?
Once you know which behavior is causing the fatigue, you must, of course, stop that behavior. Become familiar with your stress-point and your own level of comfort. The solution to the problem of fatigue is found in one sentence: proper use of the mind, body and emotions.

How to Cure
1.  Drink plenty of water: - Due to lack of water in the summer season, tiredness starts and no matter how much rest you take, your body remains tired.  According to researchers from the Natural Hydration Council, less water reduces blood levels, forcing the body to work harder.
 2.  Avoiding mobile: - Avoid the habit of sticking to mobile at all times.  The habit of checking the phone
before bed makes you sleepy, because even during sleep, the mobile keeps on running in the mind of the man.  The blue light emanating from the mobile is dangerous to the brain and causes lethargy.
 3.  Exercise is important: - It is wrong to associate exercise with fatigue, but exercise is very helpful in getting freshness and full sleep.  According to a University of Georgia research, adults who exercise for at least 20 minutes three days a week.  They do not feel tired at all.
  4.  Eat fast: - The habit of eating late at night may be the reason for your lethargy.  Many people eat late at night in an office or party affair, which causes trouble sleeping at night.  This can spoil your whole day.  According to scientists, eating early at night gives you agility.
  5.  Refuse alcohol: - Many people believe that drinking alcohol at night will make them sleep well.  But this makes sleep worse.  According to a research by Washington State University, alcohol consumption causes sluggishness in the body and keeps you open throughout the night.
